How big should the team be?

A small group, ideally a management team of up to about 12 people.

Can the workshop be funded by a grant?

In many cases, yes — e.g. through the Vzdělávání pro firmy programme of Úřad práce (Czech Labour Office; call open since 1 July 2026) or OPZ+ (EU-funded Czech programme).

Can we continue working together after the workshop?

The workshop is a good way in; it can be followed by an audit, training or implementation.
