AI as a tool
that brings real value
and gives you back time.

More quotes out the door, faster replies to customers, no forgotten promises — and the owner’s hours back every week. I am Pavol Stuchlik, and I have been reading company processes for over twenty years; I bring AI into them selectively, not across the board, and I measure the benefit in hours, orders and money.

What your company gets out of it.

I only use AI where it shows up in the numbers. Three things owners notice first — and that we measure against the baseline after 30, 60 and 90 days.

Money

More quotes out the door and fewer orders slipping away. A quote in hours instead of days, costings without retyping, follow-ups that never doze off — no deal falls off the table.

orders · margin

Time

Hours back for the owner and key people. Email, briefing documents, minutes and reporting prepared for you — you just review and approve.

hours every week

Reliability

Nothing slips through. Agreements, deadlines and promises are tracked by a system, not by memory — and output quality can be measured, not just guessed.

Three ways we can work together.

Larger companies start with an audit backed by numbers; for smaller ones I build the company AI operating system straight away. Training keeps pace with what gets deployed — so people actually use it.

✓ The audit is paid only after delivery
✓ Fixed price for implementation
✓ Results measured at 30/60/90 days
✓ AI never sends anything on its own — your data stays with you
[ 03 / About ]

I’ve spent 20 years reading company processes.

AI is just the newest tool for finding time and money in them. That’s why I deploy it differently from IT vendors — starting from the process and the people, not the technology.

Pavol Stuchlik — AI consultant

For over twenty years I have been leading teams, operations, technical projects and companies. I have worked my way through the roles of project manager, head of installations, director of strategy and development, commercial director, technical director and CEO. I have led teams and projects across Europe — contracts worth hundreds of millions, international teams, production and entire companies.

For the past three years I have been working intensively with artificial intelligence — a hobby that became a mission. I study tools, test workflows, read papers and follow the models. Not out of curiosity, but because I can see how quickly it is changing the way companies work.

My advantage isn’t that I can write a prompt. It’s that I understand what is really happening in a company — where the bottlenecks are, where people lose time, where decisions are made on gut feeling instead of data. And that’s where I know when AI makes sense and when it’s just an expensive toy.

[ 04 / Why me ]

I know where companies lose time.

Management practice, not just theory

I have led companies, production, teams and projects across Europe. I know what P&L responsibility means, what a hard deadline looks like and why processes break down. I am not a theorist who read a book about AI.

≈ 20 years of practice

I find the right places

AI doesn’t make sense everywhere. My job is to find the specific process steps where it makes real economic sense — and leave the rest alone.

Process optimisation

I speak the language of business

With the owner I talk ROI. With the foreman, shifts. With IT, integration. Translating between technology and business is half the battle.

A deep interest in technology

I have followed AI daily for three years. Not as a trend, but as a craft. I know what is possible today, what will be possible in a year and what to avoid.

Daily practice

Straight and direct

If something doesn’t make sense, I say so. If something doesn’t work out, I say that too. No PR, no buzzwords. The way I’m used to from construction sites and factory floors.

No fluff

Discretion and integrity

I work with sensitive data and processes. An NDA is a given. What I learn at a client stays with the client.

How I work with you — phases that make sense.

No long project flying blind. Every step has a clear output and price — and after any of them you can stop with what you already have in hand.

Intro call

30 min · free · online

We talk about where your company stands and what’s bothering you — and I show you live how AI handles one of your specific tasks. No slides.

01

AI opportunity audit

1–2 weeks · CZK 20,000–35,000 · paid after delivery

Interviews with key people, process mapping — and for every opportunity a number for what it costs you today. Output: a document with priorities and an implementation plan.

02

Implementation

Fixed price agreed upfront

Training on your real tasks, building AI assistants and agents, rollout with clear KPIs. Everything AI prepares is approved by a person.

03

Measurement and care

After 30 · 60 · 90 days

We measure the real impact against the audit baseline — hours, quote speed, reliability. What works, we scale to other processes.

[ 07 / FAQ ]

The questions I get asked most.

Who is your consulting for? +
For owners and directors of mid-sized companies (50–500 people), manufacturing and construction firms, but also smaller companies and sole traders who want to use AI thoughtfully. If you are looking for a quick rollout of one tool, I can help. If you are working on a long-term strategy, I can help with that too.
Which AI tools do you recommend? +
There is no universal list — it depends on the process, the data and the budget. I work with the large models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) as well as with automation platforms and specialised solutions. I always choose by real need, not by fashion.
Do you guarantee specific savings or ROI? +
Promising numbers without knowing the company would be dishonest. What I do guarantee: clearly defined KPIs before the pilot starts, impact measured against a baseline and an honest review at the end. If something doesn’t work, I’ll tell you.
What if our company isn’t ready for AI yet? +
A common and good question. Sometimes the first step is sorting out processes and data — without that, AI makes no sense. That’s fine, and the audit will show it. Sometimes, on the other hand, the best place to start is exactly where things are “not ideal”.
Do you work in Prague or across the Czech Republic? +
I’m based in Prague and prefer Prague and Central Bohemia, but we can work together anywhere in the Czech Republic. Part of the work can be done online, but I prefer to do the key phases (audit, workshops) in person — it’s hard to understand a company from a distance.
What about confidentiality and data? +
An NDA is standard. When choosing tools I always consider where the data ends up and how it is protected. For sensitive scenarios I work with models and hosting that don’t use your data for training.
How much does it cost? +
The 30-minute intro call is always free. The AI audit costs CZK 20,000–35,000 excl. VAT depending on company size and is paid only after delivery. You get the implementation price after the audit — from then on it is fixed and doesn’t change. A standalone 1:1 consultation costs CZK 5,000 per hour; from two hours the rate is CZK 3,000 for every hour, including the first. Preparation, recommendations and follow-up materials are included.
What do I get from the AI audit? +
A document with a prioritised list of opportunities, each with a number: what the process costs you today and what solving it will bring. Plus an implementation plan with a first price estimate. No generic AI presentation — specific places in your company.
How will we know it works? +
The audit captures the baseline. At 30, 60 and 90 days after rollout we measure the real impact against it — hours saved, quote speed, process reliability. Whatever doesn’t work, I’ll say so plainly and we’ll adjust it.
